Services Description
GreenLand Contracting provides landscaping, hardscaping, and outdoor contracting services in Edmonton, Alberta and surrounding areas. Services include but are not limited to paving stone installation, retaining wall construction, sod installation, final grading, rock and mulch installation, and full yard renovations.
Estimates and Quotes
All estimates provided through our website, by phone, or in person are complimentary and without obligation. Final project quotes are based on a site visit and detailed assessment. Estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
Project Scheduling and Deposits
Project timelines are estimates based on weather, material availability, and crew scheduling. A deposit may be required to secure your project start date. Deposit terms will be outlined in your project agreement.
Warranty
We stand behind our workmanship. Specific warranty terms vary by service type and are detailed in your project contract. Warranty coverage applies to defects in workmanship under normal use and conditions.
Limitation of Liability
GreenLand Contracting is not liable for delays caused by weather, supply chain issues, or site conditions discovered after work begins. Our total liability is limited to the value of the specific work performed.
Property Access and Safety
You agree to provide safe access to your property for our crew and equipment. Please inform us of any underground utilities, sprinkler systems, or hazards before work begins.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation or through the courts of Alberta.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
